Rated Game rules and Terms of Service

ToS:
I can't gaurantee the safty of the information you provide.
I won't sell, trade or otherwise give anybody else your information.
Assholes happen, we'll just have to Ban them and clean up their messes.
By using this service, on your honor, you agree not to report games that were not played and games that were not agreed to being rated by all.

Rules for rated games:

All players will agree to play a rated match prior to starting.
All players need to play the whole match.
